Coming from generations of roofers, Jonathon has spent his career inside real businesses: selling, leading sales teams, building systems, fixing operations, and helping owners scale without burning out their people or themselves. He speaks the language of contractors because he's lived it—from the truck to the sales table to the executive seat.

Most notably, Jonathon helped scale MHI Roofing from $3M to $17M in under five years, culminating in a successful exit to Vertex Service Partners.

Additionally, Jonathon and his team helped scale Shield Roofing from $5M to $20M+ between 2015–2018, using the same sales training, leadership development, and operational frameworks he teaches today.
