Jonathon Broce
Co-Founder & CEO
Jon is a fourth-generation roofer who scaled MHI Roofing from about $3M to $17M, sold it to a private-equity-backed platform, and sat 15 months inside the machine as a regional COO. He saw the roll-up's playbook up close, learned that the giant only needs you to stay average, and walked away to fight for the independent. As he says: 'I already got my exit. This is about helping you keep yours.'

Teresa brings 28 years of business operations and management expertise, with a proven track record of helping companies scale efficiently and achieve sustainable growth.
Driven by servant leadership, Teresa believes in creating environments where individuals can rise to their highest potential and succeed.
Kasey Luft
CTO & Systems Coach
For the past five years, he has led Clientric, specializing in CRM strategy, technology implementation, and process optimization for roofing and professional service companies. With hands-on experience in application development, API integrations, data migrations, websites, and the Zoho ecosystem, he helps businesses simplify complex projects and scale efficiently.
Based in Kelowna, BC, Canada, he enjoys lake life, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and two energetic sons, Kaden and Spencer.
Brad Akers
Director of Implementation
Brad Akers helps roofing companies create predictable growth by turning every completed job into future referrals and opportunities. With experience in sales, marketing, business ownership, and scaling roofing companies, he developed systems that help contractors grow through strategic customer touchpoints and repeatable processes.
A devoted Christian, Brad lives in Texas with his wife Darby and their son Rowan. He enjoys cooking, family time, business learning, Marvel, and all things space.

As the owner of SouthShore Roofing & Exteriors + Jerry's Roofing, he has built and grown successful businesses through strong systems, leadership, and high-performance sales strategies. Today, Corey helps contractors scale operations, improve profitability, and build sustainable, system-driven companies.
