Jonathon brings over 25 years of business experience, having scaled and sold multiple companies in the roofing and construction industry. His journey from farm life to industry leader exemplifies the resilience and determination that defines Day 41 Thrive.

Known for his servant leadership approach and ability to transform challenges into opportunities, Jon is passionate about helping other leaders grow and thrive.

Teresa Hire Reyes

Co-Founder & COO

Teresa brings 28 years of business operations and management expertise, with a proven track record of helping companies scale efficiently and achieve sustainable growth.

Driven by servant leadership, Teresa believes in creating environments where individuals can rise to their highest potential and succeed.

Kasey Luft

CTO & Systems Coach

For the past five years, he has led Clientric, specializing in CRM strategy, technology implementation, and process optimization for roofing and professional service companies. With hands-on experience in application development, API integrations, data migrations, websites, and the Zoho ecosystem, he helps businesses simplify complex projects and scale efficiently.

Based in Kelowna, BC, Canada, he enjoys lake life, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and two energetic sons, Kaden and Spencer.

Brad Akers

Brad Akers helps roofing companies create predictable growth by turning every completed job into future referrals and opportunities. Today, Corey helps contractors scale operations, improve profitability, and build sustainable, system-driven companies.

Rema is our operations expert coach at Day 41 Thrive. With over 10 years of production, operations, accounting, and management expertise, she has thoroughly enjoyed leading teams and exceeding goals while keeping the atmosphere fun.
